The XM car kit that I ordered happened to be the wrong one-the plug was located on the bottom and my unit's plug is on the side. The two were incomptible. The rep apologized for the confusion, even he was confused.

Initially, my credit card was charged twice for the one order. I emailed customer suppport after being unable to reach them by phone...twice my email went unanswered. FINALLY, I got ahold of someond by phone.

got a double charge on my checking account,and also called twice with them saying item was shipping that day and it did not..... took one extra day for item to ship then what the website stated to ship within 1 to 2 buisness days....
