CarToys is a great company to deal with. Their employees are knowledgeable and couteous. Their price was so good; I had to call customer service to make sure the GPS unit I was buying was not a reconditioned unit. I was assured that it was new.

Magellan 4350 arrived DOA.Your exchange time quoted as 2-3weeks turnaround time.Even Magellan will turn around in 7-10 days. I sent it back to them..at least I KNOW I'll get a good one back from them.My trip next weekend is BOTCHED because of this.

I ordered a GPS unit that was available online on the 2nd of April, and did not receive it until the 15th. We also had chose the 3-day select on delivery. Called customer service multiple times with no resolve!
