I would think that an order placed with overnight delivery might get some proority handling....It took 3 days to get my order because it was not shipped the next day after the order...Customer service....I THINK NOT!

Took 3 days to fill order, payed for 3 day ups took 4 days, it was a returned open box unit from a store in Texas. I canx the order after not getting a discount and got it cheaper from Crutchfield, plus the vehicle harness and a nice little BT... (more)

The order was not shipped as quickly as I expected. I could not get customer service on the phone to find out why. I placed the order on Sat the 13th with 3 day shipping but did not receive the order until the 19th.

There seems to be a problem with the automated response system. Almost all of my confirmation emails had a duplicated order number, either being two of the same email, or listed twice within the email. I thought I was being billed for two.

Try to speed up the time it takes to process an order. Took about 2 days to process order and probably longer through Amazon.com. If you are to compete with Crutchfield.com you gotta speed it up. Crutchfield gets orders out the same day.
